Jacksons is located only a short distance away from Brixham Fish Market, helping to ensure that we only stock quality and fresh seafood for our customers. We endeavour to provide a wide range of South Coast species, which are endorsed by the Marine Stewardship Council MSC. We predominately purchase from local day boats, minimising the time that our fish is out of the water and guaranteeing its pristine condition. Buying local also simultaneously reduces the food miles and carbon footprint of that product. Line caught fish is our preference, or failing that, from a vessel adhering to the Responsible Fishing Scheme. Our farmed products are all sourced sustainably from companies who are monitored and regulated by their relevant authorities, and whom also share our values of quality, freshness and sustainability.

We strive to provide a diverse array of quality seafood. However, not all of our daily requirements are met locally, so we use our expansive network of national suppliers to provide: Tuna, Exotics, Trout, Halibut, Scottish Salmon and other species that are not frequent inhabitants of the South Coast.
If we do not hold an item in stock, then our buyers will seek to source seafood from anywhere in the world.

Shellfish is available Live and Cooked throughout the year. Our Homarium Shellfish Tanks are in place to help with seasonal availability and demands, allowing us to always hold live shellfish which can be cooked and prepared to your specifications or taken away live.
